Can Bitcoin Transaction Be Reversed or Chargeback?

Is there a way to initiate a reverse or cancel a bitcoin transaction payment.
In a situation whereby there is a dispute in transaction (maybe the goods and services paid for isn't what was delivered) is there aany means to initiate a chargeback, file dispute or a customer protection sort-of for buyers just the way it is when PayPal is used for purchase?

There is nothing like chargeback, refund or payment reversal with Bitcoin, once the payment is sent and received, that's final.

In the nearest future, most business owners will prefer to accept Bitcoin payment to Credit Card and PayPal as it protects them from fraudulent customers who use the chargeback option provided by PayPal.

You can't chargeback btc, once the transaction is completed you can't do anything to it again.
