Many at times when people go to the ATM to withdraw cash, they still take time to count this money. Like myself, I do this most times, becoming an action I can't control. Do you do this? Is this normal? Is there a need to even count the money and can this machine ever pay less or more than the amount you want to withdraw?

Lol.... I do count my money whenever I withdraw from an ATM, I don't trust those machines :D , And I have never heard anyone say they were over paid or short paid by the machine. Still funny though!

Funny indeed, I do this as well, especially when the cash is not much, if much, I just take the money and leave, Wouldn't want those prYing eyes around focused on me.

I count & double check the money dispensed each time I use the ATM

Anyone who can trust those machines can actually believe anything. ATM machines that traps people's card unnecessarily, how will you be so sure it won't trap part of the money you try to withdraw if you don't count.
